Volvo unveiled its concept cars this week: the Volvo XC60.

Steve Mattin, Design Director for Volvo compared the XC60—with its simple, Scandanavian design—to “a giant iPod.” The XC60 features all kinds of cool design elements intended to be “part of the DNA of Volvo’s next car generation,” like extended pony tail slots in the front and rear seats, new angled position lights on both sides of the grille, and an enlarged iron mark. Volvo’s obsession with safety continues with a technological solution for avoiding low-speed collisions called City Safety. Its V6 ethanol engine will drop emissions from fossil fuels by 80% while driving.

I hope that Jaguar has the guts to finally make this car and let the public enjoy the change. I love my Jagusr but wouldn't hesitate to buy this one.

I've always loved Jaguars. Jaguar builds some of the most beautiful cars in the world! The C-XF is an awesome car. There is only one thing that I would tweak a bit. The Volvo grille has to go. It needs a slimmer, more attractive Jaguar-esque grille treatment. Other than that, the car looks fantastic. Give it a whole pile of horsepower and it will sell like crazy. Note to Ford: This would be an excellent platform from which to spin a new Lincoln. It would be a good opportunity to move Lincoln back up to its former premium luxury status. Lincoln has moved substantially down market lately. BMW and Mercedes need some compettition from an American company other than Cadillac.

While the C-FX is a gorgeous car, I still prefer the traditional stylings of Jags whether it's an X or XK. The C-FX looks like it belongs in a Japanese car dealership.

the future FX is very appealing indeed... i would seriously consider it, particularly if available with AWD, thanks,

Hope Jaguar will have the guts to build it!!!

You got it right with this car. DO NOT DETUNE THIS DESIGN FOR PRODUCTION.
BUILD IT AS IS.
